the rooms were spacious and very clean the staff were friendly i read reviews stating the breakfast was limited i disagree i saw a wide selection of local dishes and western options
i booked a room months in advance with a large terrace it was my anniversary on arrival i was told the room was double booked i was moved to another room they said they informed me yesterday i was flying from the uk and unable to connect to wifi

The staff was courteous. They helped me quickly check in after a long flight.
my room was not properly cleaned , disappointing. the room also had a strange odor, like a dead rat, especially coming from the bathroom vents. they only provided two bottles of water each day, and i had to buy my own, which seemed odd for a hotel with this rating.

I appreciated the really kind staff and the central location. The rooms were modern and clean. The rooftop pool offered a nice option for relaxation. I stayed here previously and found the lady at reception helpful and personable.
The lighting inside the room felt A LITTLE dim.

this hotel provided a nice experience with excellent service. the staff remembered my preferences each morning, a thoughtful touch. the location was great with most attractions within easy walking distance. the family room was also awesome with a door that separates the two rooms offering added convenience.
the hotel's lighting inside my room felt a bit dim.
